1)Please attend your appointment on your own. This is to reduce the number of clients in the salon at any one time. If your child has an appointment please choose only one parent/carer to accompany them.
2)Face masks will now be a mandatory feature in the salon. You will not be allowed entry without one. We do have some stock but not enough so to avoid disappointment please bring your own.
3)Please arrive at your booked appointment ON TIME. We will no longer offer a “waiting space” and all clients will need to wait outside until called in by a member of staff. If you are late we have the right to deny your booking.
4)Please try to keep 2 metre distancing where possible. This is in regards to queuing outside and walking around the salon to get to your set station / area. Social distancing measures have been put in place throughout the salon.
7)Please cancel your booking/ avoid entry into the salon if you have A continuous cough, A high temperature or any other Covid related symptoms. We will honour a full refund if pre-paid.
8)Temperature checks will be completed on all persons entering the salon. This will be done through a “non contactless” machine.
9)Unfortunately at this time we will not be able to provide any reading material / beverages. You’re welcome to bring one drink of your own into the salon but this must be removed and thrown away outside the premises after you leave.
1)We would like to let you know that after each appointment all surfaces and tools will be cleaned and disinfected.
2)If after your appointment you start to feel unwell please do contact us. This is crucial as we will need to contact other clients/staff who shared the salon with you on that day and perform further measures.
3)We have the right to deny and refuse your booking if you fail to meet the new guidelines set up above.

Deposits are non refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your colour appointment date and time.
if you are unwell / have symptoms of coronavirus please do not come for your appointment phone the salon and the deposit can be kept on your account.
if you do not show up to any appointment booked more than twice, we will require a deposit for any service booked in the future.
