Coronavirus in salon policy (updated 19/07/21)

 

Cutwalk Hair & Beauty are still respectfully asking both customers, visitors and staff members to take precautions regarding the current coronavirus pandemic. 

 

Therefore from Monday the 19th of July 2021 we will continue to expect clients, visitors and staff member’s to:

 

wear face coverings whilst on the salon premises (this will not include clients, visitors or staff who are medically exempt or receiving a treatment where the mask will hinder the service) 

 

To have temperature taken on arrival 

 

To provide contact details including Full name and telephone number for the use of NHS track and trace scheme  (review on August 9th 2021) 

 

To fill in / be manually asked pre appointment coronavirus form regarding the health and actions of clients and their household 

 

Here in the UK any business does have the right to refuse to provide a service legally, as long as it doesn’t Fall under the “equality act” or “discriminatory grounds” therefore we will not refuse service for those unable to wear a mask due to being medically exempt or under 12 years of age.
